Wilfie a welder by trade spent 10 years in the shipyard in Belfast and considerably many more years in and out of various jobs. The last 3 years have seen him release 2 EPs and his first full album. MINERS GOLD. (2019)
Wilfie has been playing the Pubs and Clubs of Belfast and throughout the length and breadth of Northern Ireland for many years. Having playing in various bands throughout that time he took the decision (after the untimely death of his brother who played with him) to concentrate on making music his full time career.
Since that time he has been releasing his music independently and continues to create, both on his own and with many of Northern Ireland’s well known artists.
Having already performed in the Legendary Bluebird cafe Nashville, on the Music City Roots show, and played to packed houses throughout Ireland and Europe he continues bringing his own brand of music to anyone who will take the time to listen.
